Privacy Policy
Last updated 1 October 2026
This policy describes what Comfy Cleaning LLC collects through housecleaningwi.com, why, and who else handles it. It is written to be read rather than skimmed past — if anything here is unclear, ask us.
Who we are
Comfy Cleaning LLC, N51W16244 Fair Oak Pkwy., Menomonee Falls, WI 53051. You can reach us at comfy@housecleaningwi.com or (330) 304-6749.
We are a residential house cleaning business serving communities in south-eastern Wisconsin. This website is aimed at people in that area, and we do not market to or knowingly collect information from people in the European Economic Area or the UK.
What you give us directly
Our quote form asks for your first and last name, email address, phone number and a message. It also offers optional fields for your street address, city, state and ZIP — these are optional, and you can request a quote without them. The shorter form on our free-quote page asks for your first and last name, email address, phone number and street address, with an optional message and an optional box to claim our $50 first-time customer discount. The quote form on our corporate cleaning page asks for your name, company, email address, and the type, location, approximate size and cleaning frequency of your workplace, with an optional phone number, preferred walkthrough time and message. We use this only to reply to your enquiry, quote the work, and arrange a clean.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Where the form actually goes
Worth knowing, because it is not obvious: our quote form is hosted by Jotform. When you submit it, your details are transmitted to and stored on Jotform’s servers, and we read them there and by email notification. Jotform is a separate company with its own privacy policy, which governs how they hold that data. We keep submissions only as long as we need them to serve you and keep our own records.
The forms on our free-quote and corporate cleaning pages work the same way, except that they are processed by Formspree (Formspree, Inc., in the United States) instead, under Formspree’s own privacy policy.
What is collected automatically
Like most websites, this one uses third-party tools that set cookies and collect technical information — your IP address (which Google shortens), browser and device type, approximate location, which pages you viewed, and how you arrived.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people find useful. Event-level data is retained for 14 months and then deleted. You can opt out for every site you visit with Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Google Ads
We use Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing. This means you may later see our ads on other websites after visiting ours, and that Google tells us how many enquiries came from an ad — not who sent them. Separately, the form on our free-quote page, which is where our ads lead, reaches us marked as an ad enquiry, so for those we do know an ad brought you to us. You can control ad personalisation at My Ad Center.
Microsoft Clarity — please read this one
We use Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors move through the page: mouse movement, clicks, scrolling and which elements you interact with. These recordings help us find places where the site is confusing.
What you type into the quote form is masked and is not captured in those recordings — we have set the form to mask input, and Clarity masks form fields by default. Recordings are held by Microsoft under their privacy statement. If you would rather not be recorded, browser privacy settings or an ad/tracker blocker will prevent it.
Cookies
The tools above set cookies to recognise a returning browser and to measure whether an ad led to an enquiry. We do not use cookies to build a profile of you, and this site has no advertising of its own. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; the site works normally without them.
Your choices
- Ask what we hold. Email us and we will tell you what we have from your enquiry.
- Ask us to delete it. Email us and we will remove your enquiry from our records and from Jotform or Formspree, unless we need it for an active job or a legal obligation.
- Opt out of tracking using the links above, or with any mainstream tracker blocker.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Security, honestly stated
We take reasonable care with your information and limit who can see it. No website or email system is perfectly secure, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. Please do not send us payment card details or any government identification number through this form — we never need them to quote a clean.
Changes
If we change how we collect or use information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
