Terms of Use

Last updated 21 August 2026

These terms cover your use of housecleaningwi.com. They are not the terms of a cleaning job — those are agreed with you directly when you book.

Who these terms are with

Comfy Cleaning LLC, N51W16244 Fair Oak Pkwy., Menomonee Falls, WI 53051. By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use the site.

Quotes are estimates, not offers

Anything on this site describing our services, and any figure we give you through the quote form, is an estimate given in good faith. It is not a binding offer or a fixed price. The size and condition of a home, and what you actually want done, change what a clean costs. A price becomes firm only when we confirm it with you directly.

Submitting the form does not create a booking. It starts a conversation. A job is booked when we confirm the date with you.

Service area

We serve Menomonee Falls, Sussex, Germantown, Wauwatosa, Lannon, Brookfield, Waukesha and nearby communities in Wisconsin. If you are outside that area, ask — we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you rather than take the booking and cancel later.

Our content

The text, photographs, layout and logo on this site belong to Comfy Cleaning LLC or are licensed to us. You are welcome to read, print and share pages for your own non-commercial use. Please do not republish our content or use our name or logo to suggest we endorse something.

Accuracy

We work to keep this site correct and current, and we correct mistakes when we find them. Even so, pages may contain errors or become out of date. If something here matters to your decision, confirm it with us before relying on it.

Links to other sites

Where we link to another website — a review platform, a social profile, our form provider — we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

Availability

We do not promise the site will always be available or uninterrupted. It may be offline for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Comfy Cleaning LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. This section is about the website; the cover that applies to cleaning work in your home is a separate matter, and we are happy to discuss it before you book.

Privacy

How we handle information collected through this site is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
